The opportunity

We are looking for a Designer within the Technology team. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.

Your key responsibilities

• As a Designer you will help craft the vision for our projects through beautiful aesthetics, frictionless usability, and delightful interactions, across mobile, desktop, apps and new & emerging technologies
• Turn conceptual ideas into tangible and high quality design deliverables: websites, apps, and EDM's
• Create UX deliverables through research tools, i.e. Interface Sketches, user/web flows, personas, affinity mapping etc

Skills and attributes for success

• 1 to 3 years in a similar role
• Experience in interaction design with the ability to consider the moments of engagement between people and brands, as well as the ideas, emotions and memories these moments create
• Motion / animation experience with the ability to construct quick interactive prototypes that illustrate your UX/UI design: this includes functional modern effects, transitions and animations that add to the brand personality and tone of voice
• Experience with motion software and web technologies, such as CSS animations, transitions and effects and Adobe After Effects

Ideally, you'll also have

• The ability to build relationships with colleagues across the business, supporting them and promoting a collaborative culture
• The ability to contribute to high quality deliverables which provide relevant insights underpinned by a keen attention to detail
• The skills to apply a structured approach to project management and documentation
