The incumbent will join the Financial Management team, assisting the Regional Financial Controller and the Team Head in all matters with regards to Regulatory Reporting.

The incumbent will join the Financial Management team, assisting the Regional Financial Controller and the Team Head in all matters with regards to Regulatory Reporting.
Main Duties
- Overseeing the MAS 610 project to ensure internal and regulatory timelines are met, working with the project team and liaising with the various stakeholders within the bank and the Group.
- Review and provision of accurate and timely financial and regulatory reports in compliance with OCBC and MAS / statutory requirements.
- Responsible for General Ledger maintenance and mapping to regulatory reports.
Analysis of financial information in the various reports. - Continually improve the quality of financial information available and the services offered by the team to the stakeholders.
- Liaison with internal and external auditors, and the other departments within the Bank.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of working experience in audit firms or financial institutions, with hands-on knowledge in regulatory reporting.
- Subject matter expert in MAS reporting requirements.
- Conversant with IFRS and SFRS.
- Qualified accountant (Singapore CA, ACCA or equivalent qualifications) is preferred.
- Must be able to work well under tight deadlines, handle multiple responsibilities and deliver results.
- Good analytical/communications skills and excellent problem solving ability.
Strong self-starter, pro-active and team player. - Good operational knowledge and skills in IT applications, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint. Globus or Axiom knowledge will be an advantage.
