- Responsible for all shareholder related matters.
- Develop and maintain investor confidence in the company’s vision and strategy.
- Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework in line with the requirements of QSE and best practice above the QSE requirement.
- Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team.
- Launch and update a dedicated section on the company website to be strictly segregated to the benefits of the investors.
- Initiate and chairperson of quarterly conference calls to the investors and analysts.
- Submit reports on a yearly basis to QSE providing details about the company’s compliance to the Criteria set by QSE.
- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
- Liaise with Legal, Finance and Compliance on regulatory matters.
