Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly management accounts pack for UK and International and presenting to the Head of Finance on a monthly basis.
- Intercompany reconciliation.
- Implementing a new process to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Presenting the monthly Credit Control reports.
- Providing and interpreting financial information.
- Assisting the Head of Finance with company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Assisting Head of Finance with forecasting revenue, and generating actuarial valuation reporting for potential business risk and opportunities.
- Over viewing the direct debit, purchase ledger and commissions function, and implementing new processes to streamline.
- Reconciling data on a monthly basis.
- Handling escalated customer complaints.
- Over viewing monthly costs with the Head of Finance as an internal finance budget control.
- Managing a small team.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Strong communication skills - both written & verbal
- Actively studying for ACCA/CIMA
