Working in partnership with the Senior Finance Manager the Management Accountant will be overseeing, reporting and analysing stock flow across the wider business while supporting the accountancy team. This is a brand new role created down the growth and presents itself as a fantastic opportunity to work for an award winning retail business in Deeside on a permanent basis.

Description
The Management Accountant will be responsible for the following duties:
- Preparing reports in line with performances and productions
- Supporting with the controlling of costs
- Overseeing and rationalising stock movements across the business
- Stock, sales and margin analysis
- Working with the wider finance team, with regards to forecasting
- Delivering reports on variance analysis
- Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources across the business including product, customer, depot and store.
- Process improvements & implementations to improve accuracy and forecasting activities
- Adhoc project work where required
Profile
The successful Management Accountant will have:
- Experience within a similar role
- Retail/ manufacturing/FMCG experience will be highly beneficial
- Very self-motivated
- Highly literate in Excel
- SAP - highly desirable
- ERP system knowledge
- Driven by business success
- Knowledge of stock movements/analysis - essential
- Very flexible approach to working
