Group FP&A Manager

My client are a listed business with interests spanning multiple countries and many sectors. As a result of internal progression, they seek a Group FP&A Manager to join a well-established and talented team.

Client Details

The group of companies in which this role sits, is responsible for over half a £billion in its own right. It is a huge global player and benefits from diversifying its offering through through groundbreaking technology. My client has a strong footprint globally and has manufacturing operations across Europe, Asia and the US.

Description

Based from a Hampshire site, you will work with the Senior Management team and take a lead on

• business plans
• internal and external presentations
• strategic goals
• driving financial performance
• key involvement in major programmes and contracts
• planning cycle
• budget analysis

Profile

You will come from a Big 4 background and most likely have had 1 or 2 moves since leaving the profession, where you will have worked in a FTSE or equivalent-listed environment. You will have an appreciation for a large matrix-structure and the challenges, but also opportunities, this can present.

Your ability to present and interpret information with non-finance professionals will be evident and although a manufacturing/engineering background is not essential, it would be beneficial.
