Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper.  You will be working as part of a small team reporting to the Office Manager. Responsibilities Accounts receivable and payable Raising invoices and credit notes Issuing Debtors statements of accounts Credit Control Processing invoices and purchase orders Processing monthly payments Updating Cash Management system Running payroll and all associated reports Preparation of weekly cash reports Bank reconciliation Revenue returns Employee expenses Other office admin duties as required Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Accounts assistant / Bookkeeping role Experience with accounting software essential Excellent Microsoft Office skills in particular Excel Strong attention to detail Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team Hartley People Recruitment work to the highest ethical standards within our industry and we value the trust that you place in us when you send your CV.
