We are currently recruiting a Personal Assistant to CFO position, in a global property and construction business. This Personal Assistant to CFO role is an additional headcount to support the CFO and global finance team, in a growing construction and property business. This an amazing opportunity for somebody looking to work in a well established, global business for a senior individual.

Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant to CFO role include:
  • Full diary management and meeting scheduling for the CFO and assisting with the team diary when required
  • Support the CFO and global finance team to prepare reports
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to maintain a good working relationship on behalf of the CFO
  • Meeting preparation, including research and compiling agendas
  • Prepare agenda items for meetings and produce list of action points from meetings, including board meetings as required
  • Managing the flow of correspondence and maintaining accurate records
  • Produce/amend presentations using PowerPoint
  • Maintain team distribution lists in Outlook to include new starters and other changes within the team
  • Organise travel including accommodation
  • Organise business conferences and social team events to budget
  • Process corporate card and cash expenses in a timely manner
  • Send group e-mails to the company on the CFO's behalf
  • Provide support to other PA's and admin staff in quiet times, absence and holidays etc.
  • Minute taking in board meetings
  • Other admin / PA duties when required
