Finance Manager - Part Time

I am currently partnering with a successful business based in West Kent who are recruiting for a part time Finance Manager.

My client are a well established business who are keen to bolster their finance team with the addition of a talented finance manager.

Description

• The production of monthly management reports including profit and loss and balance sheets, aged debtor and creditors, cashflow forecasting.

• Liaising with the company's bank, accountants and other external entities as required.

• Overseeing the processing of all transaction on Sage- purchase invoices, any sub-contractor invoices, expense claims, sale invoices, sales receipts, other transactions.

• Reconciliation of bank, any inter-company and other control accounts.

• Maintaining the cashflow forecast with historic and projected receipts and payments information.

• Operating the company's credit control process and procedures to collect customer money within terms.

• Monitoring bank accounts and maintaining direct debit and standing order information.

• Weekly reviews of the detailed nominal ledger to check for unusual or mis-posted entries.

• Working closely with the Managing Director to make sure sub-contractor, procurement and other finance related processes are working and adhered to.

• Developing and implementing finance and administration procedures and monitoring their efficacy.

Profile

• Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA

• Degree or equivalent.

• At least three year's experience in a similar role.

• Experience of supervising other accounts staff.

Job Offer

• £50,000 - £55,000 P/R
