Senior Business Auditor
Part/Qualified accountant with significant internal or external audit experience gained from a banking environment sought by this West End based international bank.
The role is varied and broad ranging, carrying responsibility for undertaking risk based audits across the bank's UK Treasury and Asset Management businesses. It requires applicants to possess excellent knowledge of wholesale and capital markets related financial products, together with a high level of regulatory awareness, including COB rules and Prudential returns. The successful candidate will work closely with business units to gain and understanding of business and technology processes in order to identify risks and robustly test controls.
This is a key role within a small internal audit team and as such requires excellent technical and academic capabilities to be complemented by superior communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong report writing skills are essential, together with a pro-active approach, excellent time management skills and a high level of systems literacy.
