Responsibilities:
● Communicate proactively to, and manage expectations of, clients, assignees and team members of KPMG member firms while delivering both compliance (tax returns and equalizations) and advisory projects
● Develop and review tax equalization and international assignment policies
● Achieve financial metrics as set by the practice by effectively managing engagements and by ensuring timely and accurate client billing
● Coordinate special projects and work with partners and senior managers on expatriate program proposals/business opportunities
● Mentor and coach staff while managing resource allocation, workflow and resource utilisation
● Identify areas of program improvement for both clients and the local practice
Experience and Knowledge:
● Minimum of 5 years' experience in expatriate or individual income tax
● Ability to analyse basic tax and accounting information
● Possess presentation skills with an excellent command of spoken and written English. Local language skills are a plus
● Possess good client relationship skills
● Ability to supervise and mentor staff
● Strong organisational and project management skills
Education and Professional Certifications:
● Bachelor' s degree from an accredited university (Preferably with a professional qualification in CTA or CPA)
