Management Accountant - R&D

Key responsibilities of the management accountant include: Preparing the reporting, budgeting, 5 year business plan and forecasts Ensuring the accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site Ensuring reliability of site Net R&D during closing process Alerting the senior controller in case of any important risk for the company and / or for its employees Partnering with senior management for product lines or regional operations, completing tasks in order to manage operation of GPS module Maintaining and improving knowledge of the IS module All state funding in R&D department (tax credits/ grants) As the management accountant, you will be an ACA / ACCA /CIMA qualified accountant (or overseas equivalent). You will have previous experience in a similar role and operational experience is highly desirable. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for a management accountant to join a successful company based in Co. Galway. You will work closely with projects / business controller and other members of the R&D controlling team to understand the full scope of the R&D parameter of the site, in order to add value to the control of costs in the entity.
