Senior Manager - Accountancy Practice

Corporate Finance Manager Chesterfield £35,000 to £45,000 plus benefits

My client is a leading independent accountancy practice with a well established name and solid track record of growth which looks to continue. A high profile role exists within the team for an experienced individual who has a string track record of working within accountancy practice who is looking to join a firm to get exposure to a wide varity of areas. The role focusses on both Corporate Finance as well as the accounts production and audit side.

Key areas of the role include:

* Management of a portfolio of clients from partnerships, limited companies and sole traders and loason with the client.
* Production of annual statutory accounts for a range of clients
* Handling audits for various clients
* Overseeing and mentoring of staff?
* Corporate finance work for a portfolio of clients this will involve mangement of a range of clients and handling refinancing, MBO's and MBI's and fundraising activities

The Individual

* A proven track record of working in accountancy practice throughout your career to date ideally w with some exposure to corporate finance work although this is not essential you might be keen to get exposure to this
* You are likely to be hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ ACCA) and be looking to join a firm where there is a clear path for career progression.
* You will be ambitous and driven and keen to work in a senior role where you can progress and influence.
