Are you looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced finance environment where you have a pivotal role in the business and drive change?
I am currently helping one of my top-leading clients, based in Bristol, with a very niche finance transformation role. My client is looking to bring on board an experienced finance professional to lead and support the transformation of their business processes for all their internal and external stakeholders.
In this unique opportunity the Finance Manager will own the relationships necessary to implement the business process deliverables across the business, demonstrating the financial and operational consequences of performance. The successful candidate will be accountable for business process and decisions for the Design and Integration authority. It is also expected that you will participate in quality management reviews and managing the business stakeholder input.

To be successful in this role you will need to;
- Be Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Have a deep understanding of Project Accounting, Internal Trading management or Cost Accounting
- Have a demonstrable track record of driving organisational performance improvement and developing and delivering plans to mitigate risk
- Be able to work on a large programme according to a matrix structure and be confident to communicate with wider business teams and partners and be able to challenge them
- Be resilient and deal with resistance to change
