My client, a leading Property Firm is looking for a Commercial Accountant to join their expanding team. The company has recently developed several high-profile properties that will need someone to build strong relationship with new clientele.

As a Commercial Accountant you will be responsible for delivering the accounts for high-profile portfolio where you will be reporting directly into the Group Finance Manager. Other duties will consist of.
  • Business Partner to Asset Managers for a portfolio of 5 facilities, supporting with assessment of new deals and commercial decision making
  • Build strong relationships with asset management teams to ensure accurate preparation of accounts and forecasts
  • Provide support to the Regional directors on financial matters
  • Manage two members of staff and to provide career development planning to ensure employee growth.
  • Prepare quarterly P&L reports and KPI data
  • Support Group Finance to ensure all accounting policy adjustments are correctly posted and consolidated
  • Investigate variances to budget/forecast/prior periods and to provide succinct insightful commentary on the variances to senior management
  • Prepare annual budgets and 10-year strategic plan financials in line with Asset Managers’ letting strategies.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong organistaional skills, the ability to adapt to a changing environment and business partnering to non-finance directors.

Candidates will be a Newly Qualified or finalist ACCA, ACA or CIMA with previous experience in multisite accounting.
