Description
- With support from the Financial Controller, review and adapt the Groups Adaptive Planning model to ensure it supports an efficient quarterly re-forecasting process with inputs from several areas of the business.
- Provide training to key business stakeholders on the process of inputting into the budgeting/forecasting process.
- Design and implement automated reporting to deliver key metrics to senior management on a timely basis each month/quarter.
- Support the Financial Controller with providing data, reports and analysis for the Groups quarterly reporting pack.
- Manage the Group's Financial Reporting and Forecasting calendar, engaging with key stakeholders in the business to ensure relevant data is gathered and reporting meets their requirements.
- Work closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Business Partners to tailor data and reporting for key areas of the business.
- With support from the Financial Controller, work closely with the Accounts Team to ensure transactional inputs support efficient reporting processes.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within Finance, by taking responsibility for improvement initiatives or supporting other members of the team where required.
