A new opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Manager to join a leading insolvency firm in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The insolvency Manager will have some of the following skills;
- Manage the Insolvency team
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Have good knowledge of insolvency cases, such as ADMs, ADRs, CVLs, CWUs, CVAs, IVAs and BKYs
- Review team performance
- Setting goals and targets
- Maximising asset realisations and ensuring recoveries are pursued in a pro-active and cost effective way.
- Responsible for team WIP management
- Review directors’ disqualification reports and assist with D1 returns
- Chair creditors’ meetings when appropriate
- Oversee effective use of IPS and Case diaries and make recommendations where appropriate
- Liaise with and instruct professional agents and solicitors
- Oversee production of high quality reports and letters
- Monitor fees to ensure they are drawn regularly, and in accordance with resolutions passed by creditors
- Support marketing and business development initiatives with relevant technical commentary and content.
About you:
- CPI Qualified ideal
- Studying towards or JIEB qualified beneficial but not essential
- Gained the necessary experience within Recovery
- Professionally qualified ACA/ACCA - Not essential
- Excellent compliance skills
