Finance Apprentice

We are looking for a Finance Apprentice to join our Finance team in our HQ London. As a team we service all our global offices and are responsible for all billing, income and revenue, management accounts, payroll and tax within the group. The apprenticeship will give the right candidate great insight and experience of the running of the finance operation in a global SME.
A typical day:
• Ensuring proper administration of invoices
• Monitoring and answering the Account Payable email inbox
• Posting of credit card statements
• Processing expense claims
• Opening job numbers in paprika
• Opening new suppliers and clients in paprika
• Bank reconciliation assistance to the finance manager
• Weekly missing time sheet analysis
• Monthly time report for all regions
• Monthly gross profit by client reporting
• Assisting in quarterly Client profitability reporting
• Ad hoc data analysis projects

Entry requirements:

• Five GCSE grades C - A* (or 4-9), including Maths and English
• Level 3 qualification (BTEC, NVQ or equivalent)

Training on the 15 month Standard Level 3 Assistant Accountant (AAT3) apprenticeship.
