Currently, an excellent job opportunity is available for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join an established organisation in Shannon on a permanent full-time basis . Areas of responsibility will include: Ensure correct input and processing of necessary payroll-related information in an accurate and timely fashion Review the draft payroll calculations for accuracy and advise changes where applicable Liaise with internal departments to ensure correct funding of payroll is in place and that payments will process smoothly Ensure accurate monthly cash flow forecasting is accurate with respect to payroll costs Ensure that the general ledgers are updated accurately and on time Assist with quarter end reconciliations Handle employee enquiries in a timely and professional manner where applicable Keep up to date with payroll related regulatory changes that may impact the business The successful candidate will have the following attributes: Hold a third level qualification in a business related area Have several years payroll experience within a high volume environment Able to meet deadlines on time with a strong focus on quality and acccuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills If this is a role that you're interested in, please submit your most recent CV to Laura Bourke for immediate consideration.
