About the Role

My client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller for an immediate start. To be successful, you must have a solid Accounts Receivable background with at least 3years experience of following up high volume payments.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting payments
  • Collection of all outstanding debts
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Creating invoices
  • Following up outstanding payments
  • Posting receipts
  • Maintaining the filling system
  • Preparing bank deposits
  • Account reconciliations
  • Dealing with customer/client queries
  • Ad hoc administrative duties when required
  • Filling in for reception when required

What you will need to succeed

  • Solid accounts receivable experience is crucial for this role
  • Proactive and adaptable attitude in the workplace
  • The ability to handle high volume inventory
  • Industrial experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • Flexibility to fill in for reception - customer service skills
  • Postive working attitude
