Job Title: Territory Sales Supervisor
Job Location: Northern Region
Job Description
- Meets or exceeds targets though planning, counseling and appraising job results of Direst Sales Representatives
- Keep close communications with Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
- Manage between 10-15 Direct Sales Representatives (DSR) and direct them to maximize sales according to finalized weekly plan set by the RSM
- Conduct market activation and any other sales activities according to the instruction of RSM
- Collaborate with any related stakeholders (government workers, schools, other association) to move forward any new initiatives following the instruction of RSMs
- Communicate to DSRs a series of important information (Weekly target, Weekly plans, promotion, and initiative) provided either by RSM or the National Sales Manager (NSM)
- Recruitment of new Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs
- Orient and train new and existing DSRs to equip them with proper mindsets, skills and knowledge
- Ensure that DSRs wear appointed uniform during any kind of sales activities
- Communicate any DSR issue immediately to RSM or NSM depending on the nature of the issue
- Prepare Sales plan on a weekly basis and communicate to RSM at the beginning of week
- Communicate accordingly with RSM to finalize weekly plan on which weekly sales activities are based
- Explain clearly the breakdown of DSR commission to DSR
- Work with RSM to manage stocks to ensure that each DSR has necessary stock volume
- Other duties as assigned by Regional Sales Manager
Qualification and Requirements
- Higher National Diploma or Diploma
- Degree in sales and marketing is a plus
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English and a local Ghanaian language
