About the Role

We are currently seeking a proficient Trust Accountant in a Full Time Permanent role to join an established Property company here in the Perth. To be successful, you must have a solid trust accounting experience within the property space and have the confidence to hit the ground running in the role.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for :

• Collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines
• Banking experience
• Liaising and maintaining relationships with clients
• Bank statements, bank reconcilliations
• Oversea the administrator in the office
• Payment runs for the company's trust accounts
• Approve leases
• Uploading budgets
• Rental adjustments & refunds
• Download trust account statements & balance trust account
• Issue trust receipts for sale deposits, open investment accounts, close investment accounts, reconcile advertising budgets and accounting for sale settlements

What you will need to succeed

• Trust Accounting experience within the Property sector
• Commercial experience is desirable
• The ability to meet deadlinesPositive attitude and friendly
• Taking ownership of the role and initiating fresh new ideas to improve processes
