M&A and Strategic VPWithin our Corporate Strategy organization, you are leading the Corporate Strategy and M&A team in China. You are responsible for the M&A and cooperation strategy in the APAC region and are leading different kinds of M&A transactions and cooperation projects for your business division.Client DetailsTop German auto parts companyDescription* Identify and define potential focus areas for acquisitions, partnerships and divestments in close alignment with the business division * Coordinate the acquisition, cooperation or divestment process end-to-end (incl. due diligence) * Support set-up and exit of partnerships and joint ventures * Define and execute win-win strategic scenarios to enhance our footprint and capabilities * Conduct negotiation with potential acquisition targets, cooperation partners and investors * Prepare integration and carve-out concepts and support their implementation* Manage and coordinate projects and initiatives that strategically respond to the automotive market trends, such as individualization, autonomous driving, digitalization, energy efficiency & electrification * Closely align with global Corporate Strategy and M&A team and corporate functionsProfile.Bachelors Degree and/or Masters Degree in Economics (Finance background preferred) .3-5 years of proven professional expertise in M&A (e.g., successful execution M&A transactions) .Consulting firm experience is a must..Experience with corporate automotive industry will be prefered .Experience in managing projects with multi-national teams and in an international context .Fluent EnglishJob OfferComprehensive work scope and great empowermentCareer advancement within a sustainable growing businessFriendly and collaborative corporate cultureStrong exposure and involvement in the business development, great opportunity to take business head role in the futureStrong leadership exposure To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
