We are seeking an independent and self–motivated individual to join our Finance Shared Services team as a Collections Analyst at our global headquarters in Washington, DC

Quality Control and Audit Specialist who will be an exceptional addition to our team. The right person for this role is at home in high paced environments, can adapt to new processes, concepts and skills; has excellent verbal and written communication skills and is motivated to achieve our business objectives and common goals. If you are someone who loves working in a fast paced, fun environment, then this is a great role for you. You will report directly to the Manager of the Quality Control team, but will interact with all levels of our Collections Staff and Sr. Management team.

What you?ll do

As a Quality Control and Audit Specialist at CoStar, you will work directly with management, the sales team Collections Analyst and our valued clients each day. You will be responsible for evaluating live and recorded calls on a daily basis. Delivering feedback to multiple levels of Costar Groups Collections team in accordance with our policy and procedures. This position will be responsible for a considerable amount of auditing notes and ensuring proper work standards are upheld and documented. You will also have the opportunity to develop positive and fun training exercises, create contest, mentor and coach Collections Analyst. Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes to drive results for a better customer experience for our valued clients.
?You will deliver feedback in multiple documented manners and during face to face interactions with Collection Analyst. You will be part of a perpetual collaborative effort, across multiple departments to improve our Customer Service Experience. Drive high customer satisfaction and retention levels through relationship building, professional and courteous communication. Become an expert in in understanding of Company A/R lifecycle, Call Model and policy for our department within a 6–month time frame.

Who Are You?
Bachelor?s Degree Required ? Business Administration or Education preferred.

3–5 years of high volume B2B Collections/Customer Support Services.
A self–starter, who can work independently and stay organized with large quantities of data.
The ability to prioritize tasks and deliver expectations in a timely manner.
The ability to work across multiple departments in a cohesive and team environment
Positive attitude and flexible, especially in the period of month/quarter/year–end closing.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Strong focus and attention to details.
A positive, team–oriented attitude to fit our culture.
Excellent attendance and schedule adherence is a must.
Not often, but the ability to work some nights and weekends as the business needs require.
You are fun energetic and enjoy helping people improve.
You are disciplined in your approach and can follow a process.?
