Our client is a global retail organisation and a market leader in the industry. As part of global growth and talent pipeline development, they are looking to hire a Finance Manager for their team based in Singapore.
This is a team lead role where you will have to manage a team of Accountants and you will work closely with senior business leaders. In this role, you will oversee all GL activities for Singapore operations and this includes being responsible for leading working capital forecast, month-end activities and reviewing balance sheet schedules. In addition, you will also ensure that there are proper internal controls in place and work closely with auditors and tax agents.
You must be a CA/have a degree in Accountancy and have 7+ years of experience. You must have at least 2 years of experience leading a team. Candidates who have external audit experience will also be at an advantage. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is resilient, hands-on, dynamic, articulate and hardworking.
