Our Client, a well known and growing business in Croydon are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Accountancy team.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating new vendors, and set up on the system.

• Checking purchase invoices and credit notes to purchase orders, and entering accordingly to the system.

• Dealing appropriately with invoice queries to resolve issues in a timely fashion.

• Preparation of monthly payment runs via Bank electronic payment systems.

• Posting of supplier payments and reconciliation.

• Checking and processing expenses claims, posting and preparation of payments.

• Meticulous and regular filing of all relevant paperwork.

• All duties must be rigorously and efficiently completed to daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. Full responsibility lies with the employee to achieve this.
