The Company Our client is a leading player in the Engineering Sector with large scale projects nationally. They partner with companies in various industries including telecommunications, home energy, power, civil engineering, petrochemical & industrial services. The Opportunity In order to support the growth of the business our client has created a new role within the Group Finance function supporting the wider Group finance agenda. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Group finance team's goals and objectives including month end reporting, budgeting and planning. Key responsibilities include: Statutory reporting, M&A activities, prep of board presentations Ensure working capital is managed efficiently Develop and maintain external relationships Mange the Groups annual budget process and quarterly forecasts Aid in the improvement of internal automation of finance processes The Individual Professional ACA/ACCA with 2+ years post qualified experience in a fast paced environment A "hands-on" can do attitude and a natural leader Ability and experience working to tight deadlines Strong Excel and presentation skills
