Responsibilities :
Under the ITET Service Line and as a team, your responsibilities in project management includes:
• Maintaining and enhancing establishment and operations of PMO.
• Monitoring Integration, Implementation and Migration Plan.
• Overseeing the enhancement of Post Implementation Review Strategy.
• Conducting Lessons Learned sessions at Pilot States.
• Supervising Change Request Management.
• Providing Post Implementation Support for Pilot States.
• Assisting in the Go-Live readiness for Non-Pilot States.
• Monitoring the continuous enhancement of Accrual Accounting Manual.
• Supervising Data Collection Methods and Strategy.
• Supervising Data Collection activities during Transitional Period.
• Assisting in the Generation of Financial Statements.
• Conducting Trainings related to accounting topics.

Requirements :
Bachelor in Accounting with Information System Graduate with minimum of relevant 2 years of experience in the following areas:
• Experience in being a team lead in ERP IT implementation projects and team activities.
• Developing Project Management related proposals and familiar with Ms Powerpoint, Excel and Gantt Charts.
• Development/understanding of project schedule, scope, test plans, UAT, system testing implementation activities.
• Exposure to government, health, energy & natural resources and finance would be an advantage.
• Relevant Project Management (PMP or Prince) certifications and/or trainings.
• Candidates with ITIL Foundation qualifications and/or related operational processes certifications would be an advantage.
• A team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak and write Malay.
• Independent, detail-conscious, self-motivated, organized, and results oriented individual capable of handling multiple tasks and achieving tight deadlines.
