A leading European real estate investment manager are looking for a commercial finance analyst to join their growing finance team. The firm have enjoyed a successful run over the last few years and with the continued growth they are looking now to give the business units more support. This role has been recently created and has been created to have a direct impact on business decision making, you will be supporting a wide range of stakeholders and business units which will allow you to have a holistic view of the entire business.
The successful commercial analyst will have a highly varied position with a mixture of monthly analytical reporting, regular ad-hoc and project analysis, reporting building and improvements as well as plenty of business partnering looking at both cost and revenue. To be considered for the role you will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and have a keen interest in relationship building. One major challenge that this role will throw up is how you are able to deal with your different stakeholders, firstly by building strong relationships and then how you go about prioritising your time with each of them.
With the nature of this role you will need to view the role in a very open manor, with you being able to grow it in the direction that both you and the business require. Which will make this the perfect role for someone who likes to take ownership and responsibility in an analytical position, if you are looking to establish yourself within a business partnering / FP&A position with a growing business this will be a great step for you.
