Bi-Lingual Finance Administrator (French and English)
Diversified financial services business based in Mayfair, London is hiring for a Bi-Lingual Finance Administrator (French and English) to be a new member of their finance division.

Reporting to the Management Accountant, your role will be very broad and focus on assisting with financial transactions as well as helping with some general office management duties.
- Supporting the transactional finance elements (purchase ledger and payments)
- Managing company credit cards and expenses
- Petty cash
- Negotiating with existing and new suppliers
- Assisting with general office administrative duties
- Compliance and KYC process
- Documentation management
- Diary and calendar management
- Assisting with reception cover when required
You must have a proven track record of working in a corporate environment and have a background in finance and / or administration along with excellent organisational ability.
French language skills desired.
