Financial Controller that reports into the Director of Finance and is responsible for the day to day running of the finance function.
Client Details
Digital technology and real estate SME organisation based in North London. This organisation is focused on developing the link between online commerce and real estate in London to create unique living and working environments.
Description
Responsibilities to include:
- Oversight of all reporting including production of board reporting on a monthly basis
- Liaise effectively with the senior leadership team as required
- Line management and development of the finance team
- Understanding and regular monitoring the cash flow position
- Ensuring appropriate financial controls and procedures are in place and effective
- Ad-hoc support to the Director of Finance
Profile
You will be a fully qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with strong technical reporting capabilities that can be evidenced through previous experience. The ability to liaise effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders at all levels is crucial to success within this role.
