Responsibilities:


  • Lead multiple, large-scale projects or engagements to design and develop system and enterprise solutions for MNC Clients (i.e. Insurance and Banking industy)
  • Design, manage and implement integration architecture in complex digital and enterprise environments
  • Support and drive data mappings across systems
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end solutions from front office systems (e.g. mobile app, portal and end user systems) to back office systems (e.g. core banking /insurance platforms, ERP systems and payment platforms)
  • Engage with multi-vendor teams in delivery projects
  • Proficient in engagement with senior stakeholders (e.g. CTOs, CIOs, CEOs, etc)

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science or relevant
  • At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience within the financial services industries or/and IT consultancy
  • Solid experience in project management, from ideation to design and implementation
  • Prior experience in working with agile project methodologies and DevOps would be highly preferred
  • Experience in multi-country transformation projects
  • Knowledge in integration technologies (e.g. webMethods, Websphere MQ, ETL, REST, SOA)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English and preferably in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
  • Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
