The client, a childcare brand that are now part of a large group organisation, are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team. They are based in South West London (Fulham Broadway) and they are looking for a dynamic, progressive and bright candidate, to join the team on a permanent basis.

The client, based in South West London (Fulham Broadway), are a childcare brand that specialises in childcare services and solutions for working parents. They offer a range of childcare services and have recently been acquired by a huge group (childcare) organisation. They are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the team in order to help prepare the Management Accounts.
Description
The successful Assistant Management Accountant will be doing:
- Bank reconciliations
- P&L analysis
- Business Partnering
- Assisting with the merger (system consolidation)
- Preparation for the Management Accounts
- Trial Balance
- Support for the forecasting
- Variance analysis
Profile
The successful Assistant Management Accountant will:
- Dynamic
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Summifs, Macros - if possible)
- Approximately 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Exposure to the preparation of the Management Accounts
- Experience doing Accruals, Prepayments, VAT returns and P&L analysis
- Must be actively studying towards their ACCA or CIMA
