Client Details

This is an exciting role for a candidate who has knowledge of Payroll and Credit control. The successful candidate will be joining a business that employes around 500 people and that offers each employee the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.

Description

Key duties for the payroll + Credit Control position include:

  • Uploading additional payments
  • Uploading pensions and benefits
  • Uploading Overtime
  • Uploading Sick Pay and Maternity pay etc
  • Calculation of additional holiday pay
  • Expenses
  • P11D processing
  • HMRC submissions
  • Disbursement payments - AOE's, PAYE etc
  • Payroll query resolution
  • Sending monthly statements of accounts
  • Sending Copy Invoice/Credits
  • Chasing payment via phone and email
  • Answering client queries via phone and email
  • Raising invoices and credit notes
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Profile

    The successful payroll + credit Control candidate will be:

  • Prior knowledge of a similar role
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Able to use their own ideas
  • Adaptable to change
  • Excellent Excel skills including Vlook ups + pivot tables
