You will be working within a small team of finance professionals to support BAU finance operations on a day to day basis to ensure best practice standards are maintained across the accounting function. You will be diligent with numbers, work well under own esteem, and be a thorough and hard working individual who takes pride in their work.

Your new role
You will be working within a small team of finance professionals to support BAU finance operations on a day to day basis to ensure best practice standards are maintained across the accounting function. The main tasks of the role will be -
- To prepare the annual budget in conjunction with the Finance Director
- Review WIP with commercial teams
- Act as POC for projects any advise on any financial challenges
- Review all overhead costs monthly, making accrual and prepayment adjustments to achieve accurate management accounts.
- Produce a monthly financial information pack
- Review costs and performance against budget
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare annual accounts for external audit
- Prepare consolidated group accounts as required
- Produce rolling cash flow forecast
- Ensure statutory requirements in respect of Taxation and Company Law are met
