Description

Bookkeeper - Maidstone. Managing a commercial portfolio of cloud based clients from across the Midlands. Leading in the account management, having direct and daily contact with the portfolio and providing a full accountancy service for the clients. Working closely with the lead partner in helping to grow the portfolio. Additional duties could be provided as this specific discipline becomes busier:

• Assisting clients to maintain their books and records to a high standard ready for production into Statutory accounts, to include control account reconciliation on clients' behalf where required
• Use of Cloud Accounting
• Completing VAT returns
• Company Secretarial filings at Companies House
• Responsible for answering client queries
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

AAT studier or qualified, or a bookkeeping equivalent qualification.

Experience of Cloud software is essential- Xero, Sage, Kashflow

• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Proactive approach
• Adaptable and flexible attitude
• Ability to work to and manage own deadlines
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel

Job Offer

£20,000- £25,000 Dependent on experience
