OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Assistant Cost Controller will be assisting the Senior Cost Controller for calculating costs of food and beverage items, to the change in pricing of the menus or change the prices of certain items based on the information they collect, recommend solutions if food or beverage shortages occur.
Operations
• Assisting in monitoring the cost controller policies , management plans contracts, recommendation plans
• Assist in establishing menu change process and ingredient/recipes adding process
• Highlight cost saving opportunities
• Run monthly Cost Control audits and reports
• Do the physical inventory randomly each month
• Work along with finance in commenting the P&L Results.
• Provide inputs to CC policy adjustment if required.
• Draw the opening inventory and menu items before any new store opening along with the Line Manager and Finance.
• Manage assets inventory and ensure that assets are managed efficiently and as per company policies.
• Perform stock, recipes transfers between locations
• Perform Stock Variance Analysis between locations
• Stock Movement/ Trend Analysis- Monitoring
• Report changes in the purchase prices affecting Cost of Sales

• Innovate and propose new methodologies and best practices from related experience both to operational and financial elements of the cost controlling
