Job Description
Overall
1 Lead pro-actively a Finance Organization including Accounting and Controlling;
2 Accounting - Managing on a disciplinary basis 4 direct reports. Introduce and optimize lean and
accounting processes and usage of SAP
3 Controlling - Build up an Operational Controlling and drive profit orientation of the whole organization
and as a counterpart of the plant manager. Strong hands-on mentality required.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in finance/ business administration or comparable academic background;
2. At least 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing firms;
3. Fluent in English, both orally and in writing;
