As a result of future planning for the development of the firm, the partners are seeking a career focused, Private Client Senior Manager/ Partner to lead on the firms private client tax offering. Joining the office near Brighton as a Private Tax Senior Manager/ Partner Designate level, with clear path to progress, dependent on your experience and background and where you will fit in the firm, you will deliver personal tax and advisory services to a wide ranging client base of directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, wealthy individuals and wide ranging private clients.
You will take a client fronting role overseeing the provision of advisory services across a wide spectrum of personal tax issues, trusts, probate, IHT, CGT etc. You will lead and influence your team and look to drive the development of the private client tax services in this leading firm. You will develop the relationships, contacts and networks to bolster their private client offering further and play a lead role in the growth and development of the Brighton offices private client offering.
You will be any of ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA/ATT/ STEP qualified, or equivalent, with an accountancy practice background and demonstrable strength and lean within tax, across private client, personal tax, or mixed tax. In addition you will have an all- round general practice grounding and you be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with complex tax issues, project management experience, staff management and the ability to manage a substantial client portfolio profitably. Alongside the technical and people management skills you will be able to demonstrate business development skills with examples of seeking out opportunities for developing new clients. £70,000 - circa £100,000 plus, dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
