An outstanding organisation in Harrogate are looking for a part-tiime Purchase Ledger Clerk to join it's finance team. You will report directly into the Accountant and you will be accountable for the whole purchase ledger process.

Duties will include:
  • Receiving, checking, coding and authorisation of invoices;
  • Making payments via bank transfer, BACS and cheques;
  • Ordering items for staff;
  • Processing expenses;
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Reconciliation of credit card statements
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Banking
  • Filing invoices

Hours:
Ideally you will be in a position to work 5 mornings per week but other shift patterns are open for discussion for the right candidate.
