Role Type: Permanent
Role Schedule : Full-time, 40hrs/week
The objective of this role is to improve governance and increase performance capability within the Home Owner Customer Experience Teams for which they are accountable, with a focus on improving business productivity, particularly in complex and high value transactions.
This role will play a critical component in ensuring uplift in governance and quality of lending through supporting newly lending accredited staff (via Lending Pathways Programme) and ensuring file compliance for Home Loans and Wealth, with the view to drive behavioural changes in bankers to reduce compliance breaches while monitoring appropriate banker conduct and responsible lending.
Performance capability uplift to support to Team Managers and embedding of leader lead specialist coaching interventions, business productivity, compliance and delivering results in alignment with the Contact Centre priorities.
About You
To be successful in this role, will ideally bring the following:
- Strong understanding of credit policies, operational risk and regulatory requirements
- Exposure to solution selling concepts and techniques
- Working knowledge of sale performance tracking and sales metrics
- Experience, including an understanding of key business segments, drivers and business levers
- Extensive product & lending knowledge
- Demonstrated coaching experience
- Strong customer focus
