A highly successful independent accountancy practice, based in Medway has a requirement for a qualified CPI / JIEB recovery professional, with mixed skills across both corporate and personal insolvency to join the team, as an Insolvency Manager, responsible for team and client management . The firm has been undergoing continued, sustained, positive growth and you will play a key role in this firms department and future development.

The Medway offices of this highly regarded insolvency practice, has been undergoing significant growth, dealing with a wide spectrum of corporate cases, primarily focused in the OMB and SME space and wide ranging personal cases. With future developments and growth to plan for, the firm is looking to invest in the right professional to bolster their recovery teams.

Description

Joining as an Insolvency Manager, based in the firms Medway offices, you will oversee the management and delivery of corporate and personal insolvency services to a wide ranging spectrum of OMBs, SMEs and wide ranging individual cases. You will have your own portfolio and manage a successful team. You will manage dealing with a wide range of insolvency situations, including Bankruptcies, CVAs, CVLs, IVAs, MVLs and Compulsory Liquidations. The role will have a corporate emphasis but will have an element of personal involvement as well, so does require an individual with a mixed background, or ability to deliver on both sides as well as maintaining and growing the client base.

Profile

You will ideally be JIEB Qualified, CPI / ACA or ACCA qualified as an Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Manager with significant experience of corporate and personal insolvency
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and administer a range of insolvency cases and ideally manage a team of administrators, alongside this.
You will have up to date knowledge of insolvency legislation, relevant case law, SIPs and guidance from regulators and other government bodies and be looking for a career opportunity with genuine progression potential.

Job Offer

£50,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
