Finance Manager

Our client are a market leading Power producer with over 30 years' experience in the Renewable Energy sector. They have won a large project in Saudi Arabia and are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Riyadh.

Reporting directly into the Project Director you will be responsible for:

• Implementation of the financial function of project
• Management of bank accounts including delegation of powers and authorities
• Set up every contractual relationship with third parties needed for the proper functioning of the Finance direction (auditors, accountant, tax authorities, Government ministries and others)
• Day to day financial management of cash and business control analysis
• Management of invoicing and payment process (verification, approval and payment)
• Implementing financial policies and procedures and ERP system
• Financial support towards technical team for the success of project

Core Competencies

• Experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation and costs variance analysis
• Prepare reports preparation according to the financial documentation
• Excellent communications skills, rigorous and self motivated
• Experience with annual statutory audit and filing of financial statements including Tax compliance (VAT, Zakat etc)

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Audit
• Master's Degree in Finance
• Experience in Power / Renewable projects in Saudi
• Fluent in English, Arabic and French are advantageous
