A client of ours has a dire need for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to govern over financial statement preparation, audit, clerical staff, full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month–end close, and cash flow. Your responsibilities in this role – Other unique projects when they come up – Look after Accounts Payable – Organize subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year–end requirement – Produce cash flow projections, as needed – Organize sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments – Capable in credit card management and reconciliation – Produce monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents – Recap business license and gross receipts – Prepare cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc. – Maintain monthly accounting close – Lead Accounts Receivable – File budget transfers If your background and experience aligns with the requirements of this opportunity, please send your resume in a Microsoft Word document to Christopher Dzielak at [Click Here to Email Your Resum?] for immediate consideration. – Self–starter and strong ethical standards – BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business–related field preferred – Previous accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred – Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company – Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines – Top notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills – Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment – Command of Microsoft Excel – Practical knowledge of payroll systems for 100–500 employees – Journal entries experience preferred – Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting – Proficiency in Tabs4 – Well–founded grasp of budget forecasting – Accounts Receivable (AR) experience highly desired – Proven knowledge of general ledger – General familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) – High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills – Strong organization skills
