Classification: Accountant – Sr.

Compensation: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year

In this role, you will be handling financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. This position requires top–notch analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast–paced environment. What you get to do every single day – Provide monthly consolidated P L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting – Delegate resources to Ad–hoc projects as necessary – Dedication to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process – Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations – Analyze financial information and report on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks) – Uphold company standards when working with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls; while also providing support on special requests when required – Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP – Aid in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors – Partake in various department–wide initiatives
– Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines – 2+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience – Efficient in ERP systems – Corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems experience a plus – Skilled in analytical, quantitative and social skills – Experience in SOX control execution/documentation – Detailed and have the ability work independently – Accounting experience in publicly–traded company a plus – Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity – Personal tax experience – Corporate tax experience – Comprehensive knowledge of preparation taxes – Able to manage time well – Self–driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges – BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred For immediate consideration, please contact Andrew Eckert at or submit a resume in strict confidence to [Click Here to Email Your Resum?] .
