Accounting Helpdesk Senior Analyst

- You will working as part of the Helpdesk team attending to finance & accounting related enquiries and problems over email and phone.
- Maintaining good relationship and professional manners with business units and colleagues at all times.
- Ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner and escalate where appropriate.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowing Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Preferably Executives with 3 year(s) of working experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
