Accounts Receivable & Banking Manager

As an Accounts Receivable and Banking Coordinator you will be part of the finance team and be responsible for both company and inter-company accounts.

Description

Accounts Receivable & Banking Manager responsibilities:

Key Accountability's for Accounts Receivable ledger

• Raising invoices accurately on the SAP system

• Recovering monies due in a timely & effective manner

• Reviewing existing processes and systems and implementing improvements

• Responsible for balance sheet accounts relating to Accounts Receivable

Key Accountability's for banking

• Posting banking transactions accurately on SAP system

• Performing bank account reconciliations

• Administrator duties for bank accounts including managing users, payments, direct debits and standing orders

• Reviewing existing processes and systems and implementing improvements

• Responsible for balance sheet accounts relating to banking

Profile

Accounts Receivable & Banking Manager will have:

• Experience of working a similar role

• Experience of following structured debt collecting processes and procedures

• Experience of driving change and process improvement

• The ideal candidate will be tenacious and have experience of working in a fast-paced environment with continual demands and changing priorities.
