ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business Planning

Lead the execution of the WBG business planning framework including market analysis, market sizing, key performance indicator defintions, budget coordination, sales targetting process, business modelling and simulations and business forecasting to ensure that performance is monitored, reported, delivered and necessary actions are taken to achieve the strategy and plans

Business Performance Monitoring

Oversee and lead WBG businesses key performance indicators; monitoring and reporting of performance against management objectives and management of respective variable pay plans to facilitate and support targeted business growth in line with the business strategy and plan

Business Analysis

Provide business analysis and manage change management projects and initiatives to faciliate and assist the development, efficiency and governance of the WBG business and enhance customer service

Business Resources

Oversee and manage business resources productivity measurement and monitoring; capacity planning; CAPEX planning and budgeting and cost improvements initiatives to ensure optimum utilisation of WBG resource in line with the business strategy and plan

WBG CRM Management

Lead WBG customer relationship management system (CRM) processes, projects and initiatives to faciliate and assist in the development, efficiency and governance of the WBG business and enhance customer service

People Management

Manage self and team in line with ADCB's people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance
Manage the effective achievement of the team's objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation

Budget Management

Contribute to the preparation of the business area's budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon

Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures

Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Minimum Experience

At least 8 years of experience in banking / financial services

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant specialisation

Professional Qualifications

Qualified CFA or recognized Accountancy Body
