Description

My client is looking for a proactive, driven Finance Manager to join our talented and collaborative team. Reporting into the FD, the successful candidate will encompass all aspects of the finance world.

Requirements:

Further developing basic finance infrastructure: Manage cost controls, system/tool implementation, define and communicate operational finance processes.

Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to design and create Monthly management accounts (and board packs), analysing business performance and identifying areas of opportunity.

Run a tight month end process and produce accurate and timely P&L, Cashflow and balance sheet reporting & invoicing

Budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis and reporting

Working very closely with Sales and Product teams to further develop functionality and robust financial processes

Managing external accountants and consolidation of accounts

All statutory and tax reporting

Ensure timely companies house filings

Profile

Experience required:

2-3 years post qualified experience (Preference for ACA, ACCA)

Business related degree (finance, business, economics)

Must have experience in operational accounting/finance in SME environment.

A highly motivated, sharp thinker and confident communicator.

Someone who relishes a challenge, solves problems to make things better and takes on responsibility to get things done.

Very hands on

Job Offer

Upto £35,000 plus bonus
