  • Liaising with internal departments and external customers
  • Income management, including payment processing
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Supporting the existing finance team

Profile

Candidates wishing to apply to the role should have:

  • Previously worked in a similar financial officer or sales ledger role
  • Great approach to customer service
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Previously worked for a housing association (desirable, not essential)
